Zoodles with Horseradish Mustard
Ingredients
- lbs zucchini noodles / Yellow squash noodles
- cup Maille horseradish Mustard or Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
- tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
Preparation

Pat zucchini “noodles” with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.

Mix Maille® Horseradish Mustard and olive oil in large nonstick skillet and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add zucchini “noodles” and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and thyme

Sprinkle, if desired, with chopped chives and season, if desired, with salt and pepper
