Zoodles with Horseradish Mustard
  • lbs zucchini noodles / Yellow squash noodles
  • cup Maille horseradish Mustard or Maille Honey Dijon Mustard
  • tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
  1. Pat zucchini “noodles” with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.

  2. Mix Maille® Horseradish Mustard and olive oil in large nonstick skillet and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Add zucchini “noodles” and cook, stirring, until heated through, about 1 minute. Stir in lemon juice and thyme

  3. Sprinkle, if desired, with chopped chives and season, if desired, with salt and pepper
