Vegetable BBQ Wok
  • 2 cups baby broccoli
  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 courgetti
  • 3 small fresh beetroots
  • 2 different coloured peppers
  • 4 tablespoons Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  1. Cut each vegetable into even pieces.

  2. Drizzle with the olive oil.

  3. Smear with the Maille Honey Dijon Mustard.

  4. Cook on a medium-hot BBQ.
