Pumpkin Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can canned chickpeas
- 1 small pumpkin
- 1 tbsp of tahini paste
- 1 garlic clove
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- 1 tsp lemon, garlic and white wine mustard
- Pumpkin seeds and cinnamon to sprinkle
Preparation

Rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly

If whole pumpkin: cut into sliced and roast in oven until tender. Remove skins & mash to puree.

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Decorate with pumpkin seeds and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
