Pumpkin Hummus
  • 1 can canned chickpeas
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp of tahini paste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp lemon, garlic and white wine mustard
  • Pumpkin seeds and cinnamon to sprinkle
  1. Rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly

  2. If whole pumpkin: cut into sliced and roast in oven until tender. Remove skins & mash to puree.

  3. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

  4. Decorate with pumpkin seeds and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
