Ingredients
- 280 g all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 170 g butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 tbsp Maille® Hot Honey Dijon Mustard
- 170 grams sugar
- 1 egg
Preparation

In a deep bowl mix the butter, sugar and mustard with a hand mixer until light and fluffy

In a separate bowl mix the flour. spices and baking powder

Add the flour mixture to the batter and fold until just incorporated

Roll out with a rolling pin to about 1 inch thickness for crispy cookies or thicker for crunchier.

Add the egg yolk to a small bowl and mix with 4 drops of water and mix well.

Cut out in desired shapes and brush with the egg mix

Place on baking paper lined baking sheets and bake in batches in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes
