Maille Feta Cheese Bell Peppers On The BBQ
  • 4 bell peppers cut in half
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsps chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard
  1. In a bowl mix the feta cheese with the Maille mustard

  2. Smear the oil over the bell peppers

  3. Roughly fill the bell peppers with the Feta and mustard mix

  4. Place on a medium heated BBQ until well cooked on the outside, with a Maille Dijon mustard squeeze bottle drizzle the peppers and serve.
