Maille Dijon Savory Holiday Rolls

Maille Dijon Savory Holiday Rolls
  • 1 lb of pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard divided
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  1. Preheat the oven at 450F degrees.

  2. Roll out pizza dough.

  3. Spread two tbsp of Maille Original Dijon .

  4. Follow with slices of prosciutto and gruyere cheese.

  5. Roll the dough on the long side to make a log.

  6. Cut into 1” thick rolls and place them on a cast iron pan or baking pan.

  7. Whisk together melted butter, fresh herbs, honey and 1 tbsp of Maille Original Dijon .

  8. Pour the mixture over the rolls.

  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  10. Serve them warm.
