Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced Maille cornichon
- 2 tbsps roughly chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup cooked dried chickpeas
- 1 handful green salad leaves
- Maille middle eastern vinaigrette
