Egg Sandwiches
  • 2 tbsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard traditional dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp creme fraiche or greek yogurt
  • 1 cup arugula or watercress
  • 4 ounces low-sodium ham  sliced
  • 4 large eggs,scrambled or fried
  • 4 whole grain rolls or whole grain English muffins, toasted
  1. Combine Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard with creme fraiche in small bowl. Evenly spread English Muffins. Top evenly with greens, ham and cooked eggs. Season, if desired, with ground black pepper.

  2. Add sliced tomato and sliced avocado for a heartier sandwich.
