BBQ'ED Prawns with Wholegrain Mustard
Ingredients
- 12 large prawns
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons whole grain mustard with chardonnay white wine or Maille Old style Mustard
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
Preparation

Place the prawns in a bowl

Sprinkle the rice flour over them evenly

Smear with the Maille Wholegrain Mustard or Maille Old Style Mustard all over

Cook on a hot BBQ whilst brushing oil over them, serve hot with a squeeze of lemon or Maille Dijon mustard
