Spring Danish Rolls

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C/356°F.
  2. Spread open the puff pastry sheet, smear with mustard.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, the minced basil and place the prosciutto over it.
  4. Cut puff pastry sheet into 2cm wide strips and twist them.
  5. Place them on a tray and bake until golden brown.
