We source this premium honey from a renowned family of professional beekeepers in the eastern foothills of the Pyrenees, who have over five generations of experience and care for 225 million bees each year.

As the days get warmer and lighter, try some fresher dishes to enjoy outside with friends. Our Rosemary Honey Mustard is a delicious addition to salads, vinaigrettes and alfresco dishes. Try it with toasted croutons of garlic-rubbed French bread and slices of goat’s cheese, rub onto a duck breast with sesame seeds and fig chutney or serve with courgette carpaccio and goat’s curd. Or serve on a simple cheese board with Roquefort and Comté.
