Born in Bordeaux in south west France, Bruno Loubet has had an illustrious international career spanning over three decades. Having trained with renowned French chefs, Pierre Koffman and Raymond Blanc, Bruno earned his first Michelin star at the age of 26 before establishing highly-acclaimed restaurants in Australia and the UK, including London’s Grain Store. A celebrated author and chef, he continues to be inspired by his French roots, while pioneering a modern and daring take on classic European cuisine and maintaining a focus on vegetables and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
In his role as Consultant Chef to La Maison Maille, Bruno will be sharing expert tips, insights, global food trends and opinions that shape his culinary passions.
