One of Maille’s signature products, this famous artisanal balsamic from Modena in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region is made with grape juice - simmered, and then fermented and matured in barrels. A little goes a long way so brush over roast chicken and tuna steaks, drizzle over freshly sliced tomatoes, and add sparingly to strawberries, and then wait for a wonderful burst in flavors.
